You can cook Christmas shortbread using 4 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Christmas shortbread
- You need 150 g of butter.
- You need 250 g of caster sugar.
- Prepare 400 g of plain flour.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of honey.

- Melt your butter in the micro whilst measuring out your dry ingredients.
- Mix melted butter into sugar.

- Cut into desired shapes.
