Butter or line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the butter until smooth and creamy. In a large bowl, cream sugars and butter.

  1. In a bowl add butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, flavour and cream together.

  3. Lastly add raisins.
  4. Scoop and mold it to a ball and deflate with your palms.
