- Add the salt, flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.

- Tuck the dough into a ball and refrigerate covered for one hour.
- Post refrigeration,preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Take the cookie dough out of the fridge and lay it on a greased baking sheet.
- Place another sheet on top and flatten gently.
- Start to roll and the cut desired shaped cookies using cutters.
- Place them on the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
- Post cooling completely, prepare your own desired colourful icing or with the help of ready to use ones, decorate your cookies.
