- It's 1 cup of plain flour.
- It's 1 cup of sugar.
- It's 1 cup of rolled oats.
- Prepare 1 cup of coconut.
- It's 1 tsp of bi carbonate soda.
- It's 4 oz of butter.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of golden syrup.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of water.
Anzac Biscuits instructions
- put water, butter and syrup in a pan and bring to the boil.
- take off the heat and add bi carb soda then stir well.
- mix the flour, sugar, oats and coconut in a bowl, then add the butter mixture and stir well.
- roll dough into cookie size shapes and place onto a baking tray and bake for 10 mins in a moderate oven.
