Ingredients of Eggless Coconut Cookies
- Prepare 1/4 Cup& 1 tbsp of AP Flour.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare 1/8 Cup of Melted Butter (Unsalted).
- You need 1/3 Cup of Castor Sugar.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking Powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking Soda.
- It's 1/2-2/3 Cup of Desiccated Coconut.
- Prepare 1/4 Cup of Fresh Milk.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ground Fresh Cardamoms (Optional).
- It's as required of Garnish: Choco Chips.
Eggless Coconut Cookies instructions
- Sift all the Dry ingredients altogether for about 2/3 times & then, add into it the aforementioned entire wet ingredients- one by one.
- And, knead it to a soft yet tight & sturdy dough by gradually adding the milk portions to it & adding the ground cardamoms to it absolutely customised by me & is completely optional.
- Cover it with a cling wrap and allow it to rest for about 30-45 mins time before shaping it into the Cookie shapes with the Choco Chips toppings.
- Put/arrange it into a rectangular/round/square baking tray/pan maintaining certain distances from each other because, while baked it inflates a bit than it's usual size and bake it in the already preheated oven @170/180C, for about 15-20 mins time (Varies with the Oven specifications) but not more, possibly.
- Once it’s done take it out, allow it to cool down completely and serve them afresh along with your piping hot brewed tea or coffee or simply just anything else.
