- First sieve the dry ingredients, maida sugar and salt very well. Mix well and then add room temperature butter to it and incorporate with the dry ingredients. Mix it well till all the dough comes togther,then mix in the chocolate chips and cut into bite size pieces and then line a plastic wrap or a butter paper on a tray grease the paper well and put the dough in it and chill it for one hour..
- Once done take it out and set in on a greased butter paper again and put it in a pre heated oven for 12 mins at 180 degrees.Oven also should be heated for the same time at same temperature..
