- In a clean bowl, cream butter and sugar till fluffy and white.
- Add in egg and egg yolk, mix carefully.

- Add in flour and mix till dough is well formed.

- Roll out dough to about 2cm high. Refigrate for atleast 2 hours and then cut to desired shape using cookie cutter..
- Bake at 120°c for about 12mins. Allow to cool then serve with hot coffee.
