  3. Beat melted chocolate well without any lumps and dip truffle balls and spoon it out with a fork tap slightly to shed the dripping chocolate and place in parchment or waxing paper and freeze for 10 mins.
  4. Tastes awesome directly from fridge or eat it 10 mins after removing from fridge.
  5. Cream cheese can be substituted with nutella or peanut butter and chocolate coating is upto ur creativity.

Use a fork to lift the truffle out of the chocolate and let the excess drip off. Place truffle back onto a lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining truffles then place them in the fridge or freezer. Melt chocolate: Melt almond bark or chocolate according to directions on package. Dip truffles: Remove truffles from freezer and dip in melted chocolate and use a spoon to pour some chocolate over the top then lift and allow excess chocolate to run off.
