  4. Add the essence and mix well.
  5. Add the milk little by little and make a stiff dough.
  6. Now wrap it up in a silver foil and keep in the fridge for 30 min.
  7. Now pre heat the kadhai for 10 min on high flame by spreading salt in the kadhai and place a small bowl in the center.
  8. Now make small balls from the dough and flatten dem and place dem in a greased aluminium plate and top dem with a piece of dry coconut and cover dem for 20-25 min on slow gas.
  9. Now turn dem and again cover for 10 -15 min on slow gas.
  10. Ur crunchy, nutritious cookies r ready to b served with morning and evening tea.
