Palmiers (little heart) step by step
- First make a dough with the given ingredient and put in dough..
- When the dough id ready put oil in end..
- Noe take the dough and do the lamination and keep it aside for 15 min. Repeat the method 3 times..
- Now roll the dough in rectangle shape with Castrol sugar below and above..
- Now take half rectangle and give 2 from above and 2 from below and fold it together..
- Now cut 1 inch bread shape from folded dough.keep it baking..
- It is ready to serve. Baking time: 25-30 mins and baking temp: 200’C.
