1. preheat oven to 375°F.
2. mix butter and sugars until smooth.
3. add pudding mix until smooth, add in eggs one at a time, mix & add vanilla and once again mix until smooth..
4. add baking soda & gradually mix in flour gradually..
5. stir in choc chips, I use a wooden sppon at this point to mix in choco chips..
6. drop rounded tsp fulls, 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet & bake for 8-10 minutes..
