- You need 120 g of tahini.
- It's 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil.
- You need 125 g of maple syrup.
- Prepare 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Prepare 215 g of ground almonds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of ground cardamom.
- Prepare 1-2 of tsps orange blossom water.
- It's of Zest of 1 orange.

Orange blossom cookies step by step
- Preheat oven to 200C..
- In a pan on a gentle heat, mix the tahini, oil and vanilla til combined..
- In a bowl, mix the almonds and baking powder..
- Pour the tahini mix into the almond mix..
- Add the orange flower water and the orange zest. Mix well..
- Take a tablespoon of mix and shape into a ball. Put on a lined baking sheet. Flatten each one so they are about 1cm thick..
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on one half of each cookie..
- Bake for 12-15 mins until golden brown..
- Let the cookies cool slightly before enjoying ๐.
Bottom of cookies should be lightly browned. Brush hot cookies with orange blossom and rose water. Roll in. cookie in fluted cup. Brush with orange blossom water, dust with icing sugar and leave to cool.
