  2. Add in ur egg, vanilla and mix together. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix..
  3. Start adding the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix properly until it forms a dough. If it's too soft sprinkle in more flour. Divide ur dough into two, add red color into one.Wrap in separate nylons and freeze for 30mins.
  4. Bring out ur dough, roll into desired shapes and sizes.The dough should not be rolled too thick cos it will still puff up while it bakes. For the checkerboard design, after combing together, it's important u freeze it so u can slice it properly. For the mixed color design, u slice immediately and roll.Place a nylon on a tray, arrange the shaped dough into it and put in the fridge for 10- 20mins to harden up(this is optional, u can bake directly if u want.).

  7. Preheat ur oven for 15 mins and place in ur dough....
  8. Bake on low heat for 20mins... Place ur cookies on a tray to cool.. it will harden up. This cookies is soft and melt in ur mouth..
  9. Place ur cookies in a air tight container and store for weeks.. u can have it alongside with tea in the morning or as a snack. I got 30 cookies all together (mediumand small sizes)..
