Nomki's No-Bake Cookies instructions

  1. Set out wax paper on cool dry counter for cooling.
  2. In large pan on stovetop over med-high heat, mix sugar, cocoa, milk & margarine.
  3. Cook until it begins to boil, stirring often.
  4. Allow to boil for 10-15 seconds, remove from heat.
  5. Cool for 1 minute; add vanilla, salt & peanut butter; stir well.
  6. Add oatmeal, stir until well blended.
  7. Immediately drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
  8. Allow 1-2 hours to set completely.
