- Pre-heat your oven to 200 degree Celsius.
- Sieve all-purpose flour, chickpea flour, sooji and salt together and set aside..
- In a mixing bowl beat ghee and sugar together until mixture is light and fluffy..
- To this add vanilla extract and mix well..
- Now add dry ingredients and cardamom powder to this wet mixture and mix until soft and smooth dough is prepared..
- Take the equal size of dough balls from the dough..
- Take paan masala ingredients in a mixi jaar grind them slightly..
- Flatten each ball slightly and fill paan masala to centre..
- Make desired shape cookies..
- Place them on backing tray..
- Bake them for 15 -20 mins on 180degree Celsius..
- Take them out and let them come to room temperature..
- Store them in air tight container..
