1. Cake: Sift dry ingredients together.... in a big bowl beat sugar and butter til it's creamy add one egg at a tyme and beat well til ol done add dry ingredients, and colour then mix well, add oreo crumbs and fold in well.... pour half on a greased cookie mould, and the other half on other mould then bake on 160°C... when cake is done let it cool then remuv on rack.....

Ice Cream Sandwich: Let ice cream be little soft then mix them and apply evenly on one hlf choc cake dein sandwich with other and chill in freezer.... wen set cut slices and serve with choc sauce and strawberries.... Or, Cream Sandwich: beat whip cream add the rest before it forms peaks... Apply on one half of the cookie cake and sandwich with the other, let it chill in fridge.
