- It's 75 grams of (5-6 tbsp) butter at room temperature.
- It's 1/2 cup (60 gram) of Powdered Sugar.
- Prepare 1 Cup of Maida (165 gram).
- Prepare 1/4 cup (38 gram) of Custard Powder Vanilla Flavoured.
- You need Pinch of Baking soda.
- It's 3 tbsp (30 gram) of Red tutti frutti.
- You need 3 tbsp (30 gram) of Green tutti frutti.
- You need 2 tbsp (20 gram) of Chopped cashew nuts.
- You need 3 tbsp of milk.

- Firstly, in a large bowl take butter and Powdered sugar. Whisk well until the butter turns smooth and creamy..
- Place a sieve and add Maida, Custard Powder, salt, Baking soda and Baking Powder. Mix well making sure everything is combined..
- Further, add red tutti frutti and green tutti frutti and cashew nuts. Mix well. Add milk and start to prepare the dough. (NOTE: Do not knead the dough, just combine together).
- Shape dough into cylindrical log and shape ends. Wrap in a cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour..
- Cut into thick slices and place on Baking tray keeping one inch distance. Preheat the pressure pan for 5 minutes on high flame and put a ring and then put the Baking tray on the ring. Cover it with lid and allow it to bake on low flame for 30 minutes..
