Chocolate Biscuits. These chocolate biscuits have a unique, yet delicious light, chocolaty taste. They are crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy in the inside. Ingredients of Chocolate Biscuits

  1. You need 140 g of plain flour.
  2. You need 50 g of cocoa powder.
  3. It's 100 g of chocolate chips.
  4. It's 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  5. It's 150 g of unsalted butter.
  6. It's 175 g of granulated sugar.
  7. It's 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  8. It's 1 of egg.

In a large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy; stir in flour and cocoa powder.

  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 1week.
