Eggless Nutella Cookies step by step
- Mix butter and Nutella using spoon / fork / mixer.
- Add 15ml condensed milk as replacement of 1 egg yolk and mix it well.
- Add maizena flour, Cocoa powder plus 50g of all-purpose flour at this stage and mix until it's incorporated.
- Add the remaining flour (depending on your liking you can add 25g or max. 35g for this second time), and the baking soda together.
- After the flour is mixed, the texture should be firm enough and not sticky to the spoon nor your hand.
- Preheat the oven at 160°c while you are shaping the cookies.
- On your baking tray, place the wax paper, and place a nice round shape of cookies (all together will make 25 pieces of cookies).
- Flatten the balls, because it won't spread during the baking process.
- Bake for 12-15mins until the surface becomes a bit firm and there's golden crown on the bottom edge.
- The texture will still be a bit soft inside, but don't worry it'll get hard / firm after it cools down.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool down before placing it in a jar. Enjoy!.
