If you have ground almonds, great! I didn’t so I ground whole almonds..
- Combine the flour, ground almonds, bicarbonate of soda and salt in a separate bowl..
- Gradually stir the flour mixture in to the first bowl until it makes a dough..
- Spoon the dough out on to a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Leave plenty of space as they will spread as they bake..
- Bake cookies in middle of oven at 180° for 10 minutes. They’re pretty much ready to eat as soon as they come out. Enjoy!.
