1. It's 1 cup of sugar .....
2. You need 3/4 cup of butter , softened at room temperature ... ..
3. You need 3 tbsps of milk .....
4. You need 1 tsp of vanilla essence .....
5. You need 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour ... ..
6. Prepare 1 cup of whole wheat flour ... ..

Eggless Sugar Cookies step by step

1. Cream Butter and sugar..
2. Add the milk and Vanilla Essence..
3. Sift the flours, Baking powder and Salt..
4. Add the dry to the butter and sugar mix..
5. Add a tbsp or two of milk and combine the mix..
6. Wrap in the cling and keep in fridge for 15 min..
7. Take a small portion of the cookie dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. [you may need some flour to keep the dough from sticking on the slab/pin..
8. Cut it in desired shapes..
9. Put them on a un-greased tray..
10. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 min, or until nice blonde-ish Golden..
