- It's 2.5 tbsp of butter.
- It's 6 tbsp of brown sugar.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- It's 4-5 tbsp of chocolate chips.
- You need 9 tbsp of all purpose flour.
- You need 6 teaspoon of full fat milk.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- You need 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.
Instant Chocolate Chip Cookies instructions
- In microwave safe bowl, melt butter for 10-20 seconds.
- Add brown sugar and whisk until well combined.
- Add milk and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt.mix well.
- Add chocolate chips and fold in gently. Reserve 1 tbsp chocolate chips for topping.
- Drop the cookies on parchment paper placed on microwave safe plate/tray.
- Using spatula, slightly flatten it. Do not flatten it completely as total flattening will make it harden in microwave, it should be thick at centre.
- Top cookies with remaining chocolate chip, this gives it beautiful appearance.
- Microwave on high for 2 min 30 seconds. Keep an eye on cookies from 2nd minute. Depending on the Microwave capacity, cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Allow to cool slightly.
