I do want to mention, though, that chocolate chip cookie dough, unbaked, lasts for several days in the fridge - and in fact is better for being there. But it makes a dozen cookies and not that I wouldn't love a dozen cookies all the time, but my waistline doesn't need a dozen cookies all the time. This recipe doesn't require a mixer.   2. Prepare 1/4 cup of flour.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar.
  4. It's 1 tbsp of brown sugar.
  5. You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
  6. It's 1 of egg yolk.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of chocolate chips (your flavor preference).
  8. It's 1 pinch of salt.

And it seems very deep dish cookie-like, which is always enjoyable. Simple recipe for when you just want a cookie or two, (and don't want a whole batch waiting to get eaten!) It is easily adaptable to most any flavor; and also great to eat as dough (no eggs). I leave out the baking soda and salt because I don't care if my cookie rises, as long as it tastes good. You know the feeling: it's late at night, you have the place to yourself, and you just want something sweet. You don't want to make an entire cake, or a dozen cookies, or anything that you'll be tempted to eat the entire thing.
