Tutti-Frutti Custard Cookies step by step
- Preheat oven to 160'c for 10 minutes..
- Beat the butter and sugar powder until mixture becomes light and fluffy and add pineapple essence..
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, custard powder, maida and mix it well..
- Now mix tutti frutti in it. Make a smooth dough from it useing milk if required..
- Make a roll and add a cover with plastic wrap. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes..
- After 30 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and cut 1/4 inch thick cookies..
- Put on a greased baking tray..
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 160'c and bake for 20 minutes..
- Take out all cookies and allow them to get cooled..
