I decided that Nutella was sweet enough, and that the bitterness of dark chocolate would balance out the tanginess of the cream cheese and the richness of the Nutella perfectly. The secret to this decadent dessert is the wonderful crunchy top that is a combination of Oreo's and hazelnuts. To make this cheesecake is very easy, the bottom crust is just crushed oreo cookies with a bit of butter and the cheesecake itself is cream cheese, nutella and fat free cool whip. See I used fat free cool whip, trying to make it a bit healthier.

- Melt butter.crush the Oreos & mix with melted butter.Press this to the bottom of a buttered spring foam pan.Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour..
- Cream together the cream cheese,sugar & whipping cream with a beater till fluffy..
- Meanwhile soak the gelatine in 1/4 cup water.Once soaked add 1/4 cup hot water to this & mix till gelatine is dissolved.let this cool..
- Add the gelatine dissolved & Nutella to the creamed mixture & beat till well combined..
- Take out the refrigerated base & decorate the sides with strawberry slices.pour the creamed Nutella cheese mixture over the base & level the top.Refrigerate this for 2 -3 hrs..
- Remove the cheese cake from fridge after 3 hours & carefully demould it.decorate with chocolate sprinkle,Oreo & sliced strawberries.Slice & serve..
