Savoury gingerbread 🎄 instructions
- Cut out your gingerbread with a pastry cutter. Beat the egg. Get some breadcrumbs ready. Put a rectangle of mozzarella on one. Place another on top.
- Dip in egg. Cover in breadcrumbs. Squeeze edges down with fingers. Shallow fry in oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper.
- Decorate with mayo 😀.
