Ingredients of Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

  1. You need 25 of marie biscuits.
  2. It's 10-15 of Walnuts.
  3. It's 2 tablespoon of Cocoa powder.
  4. It's 1 cup of sugar.
  5. You need 1 1/2 cup of water.
  6. It's 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  7. You need 75 gm of Amul butter.
  8. Prepare of Chocolate ganache.
  9. It's 3 tablespoon of fresh milk cream.
  10. Prepare 25 gm of compound chocolate.
  11. You need 25 gm of amul butter.

Chocolate Biscuit Pudding step by step

  1. Crush Biscuits roughly.
  2. Roast walnuts and crush them with rolling pin.
  3. In a bowl put biscuits and walnuts and keep aside.
  4. In a pan mix sugar, cocoa powder and water and keep on low flame.
  5. Mox properly till sugar melts, now add butter and vanilla essence.
  6. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. You will get a nice glaze on top.
  8. Now allow it to cool.
  9. Once cold add the cocoa mixture to the biscuits and walnuts.
  10. Mix nixely so that everything is soaked and coated properly.
  11. Grease a cake tin with butter.
  12. Add the biscuit mixture and tap and make the top even.
  13. Now refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  14. Take a pan add fresh cream, chocolate and butter.
  15. On low flame stir nicely till chocolate melts.
  16. Stir in regular intervals to avoid burning.
  17. After sometime a nice shiny thick chocolate sauce will be ready.
  18. Remove cake tin and spread chocolate ganache on top of pudding spread generously and evenly.
  19. Now refrigerate again for 3 hours or till set..
  20. Omce done serve it. it tastes heavenly.
