  4. It's 200 g of plain flour (you can replace it with self rising flour).
  5. It's 1 TSP of baking powder.
  6. It's Pinch of salt.
  7. You need of Zest of 2 limes.
  8. You need of Flour for dusting.
  9. You need of Granulated sugar to sprinkle.

When I was a kid, my father used to buy these boxes of citrus cookies that were doused in powdered sugar. They were these tiny, puckery-tart lemon cookies that were crisp and buttery.   6. Dust a flat surface with flour and roll the dough until it is around 5 mm thick..
  7. Cut the biscuits with the help of a cutter, or if you don't have one, you can use a knife and make rectangles as well as using any shapes to cut the biscuits. Just make sure to keep the size the same so they bake evenly..
  8. Sprinkle some granulated sugar on top of each biscuit. Place it in the oven at 180 degrees until the edges of the biscuits are golden brown..
  9. Leave it to cool and enjoy!.
